Job summary
Blossom Health Gosport are looking to recruit a Prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative and cohesive clinical team consisting of 3 salaried GPs, 1 prescribing ANP, Practice Nurse, Respiratory Nurse Specialist, Diabetes Nurse, Phlebotomist and an Advanced HCA. As part of our expansion plans we are seeking to employ a second Prescribing ANP for approximately 32hrs per week to support the clinical team.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve supporting colleagues in the triage assessment and management of patients with same day clinical needs both face-to-face, via the telephone and online access.

Blossom Health Gosport are located on the ground floor of Gosport War Memorial Hospital and are a well established, expanding practice with a list size of just under 6000 patients. Recently rated Good by CQC across all areas, we have excellent working relationships with our neighbouring practices via our PCN with access to Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Practitioners, Health & Well Being Coaches and Social Prescribers.
The surgery has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and everyone has an opportunity to offer suggestions and voice opinions on the development and delivery of services.
