Frailty Salaried GP

Job summary

We are looking for a caring, hard-working and focused Frailty Salaried GP to join our practice on a permanent contract. They will work as part of a team of GPs and other clinical staff to support our patients and the practice through the constantly changing services we provide to patients. Our perfect candidate would be as happy consulting with patients over the phone as they would consulting in the practice face to face.

Main duties of the job

Frailty role to include one session a week of care home visits/cover with oversee from a GP Partner and Frailty Nurses support.

Mix of appointments:15 minutes F2F and 10 minute telephone slots, as well as Econsult and triage sessions.

  • - Evidence of current validation
  • - Eligibility to practice in the UK independently, including right to

  • - Experience of working in General practice

  • - Newly qualified GPs welcomed
  • - Experience with home visits
  • - Experience working at triage or duty doctor
