Job summary
The Safeguarding and Complex Needs Administrator will support the Proactive care Lead and The Safeguarding Clinical Leads to deliver the effective implementation of safeguarding procedures for children, young people, and adults at risk, ensuring compliance with national legislation, local authority guidance, and the Park Medical Practices safeguarding policy.
To support the Practice with new initiatives to make safeguarding and complex care personal & proactive.
Working pattern: 25 hours per week.
Closing Date: 3rd August.
Interview date: 14th August.
Main duties of the job
The Safeguarding and Complex Needs Administrator will act as a key liaison between the clinical team, external agencies, and patients, ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols and the delivery of tailored, compassionate care for vulnerable populations. The responsibilities include maintaining safeguarding documentation, patient records, and alerts, as well as coordinating meetings and communication. The role also involves monitoring and follow-up of missed clinical appointments, supporting vulnerable adults, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires dedication to safeguarding practices and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
