POPLAR HOUSE SURGERY LYTHAM ST ANNES
SALARIED GP
Part-time
We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP to join our well established and supportive practice for 4 sessions per week.
We would be happy to appoint a newly qualified or a more experienced GP but ideally someone who feels they will fit well into our friendly and welcoming team.
The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic and forward-thinking GP and which always strives to deliver the best quality of care to our patients.

Main duties of the job
The Role
To work as an autonomous Practitioner, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within your scope of practice to our patient population.
The GP would have a set number of agreed appointments per day which may comprise of same day urgent or routine, telephone, video and/or face to face consultations. The GP would be expected to carry out visits and admin duties.
We would expect the candidate to adopt our practice ethos of Patient centred care, Make Every Contact Count (MECC), Focus on Prevention and Patient education to support self-help and health engagement.

We are a practice who prides ourselves in delivering high quality care whilst maintaining the traditional values of patient-centred family medicine.
Our clinical team currently includes GPs, Practices nurses, first contact Physiotherapist, HCAs Physician Associate and an excellent team of administration staff which enables a manageable workload for our GPs. There is a strong team atmosphere and a focus on continuous development throughout the surgery.
