The Goodinge Group Practice is a hub for the community , dedicated in delivering patient centred care. We are a forward-thinking and busy training practice, with a diverse and committed team, and we're a proactive member of the Primary Care Network (PCN). We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and flexible receptionist to join our team.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible individual to join our team of receptionists. As a receptionist, you are the face for the Goodinge Group Practice, supporting patients with appointments, queries, and requests, either in person, over the phone, by email, or via online devices., so being a strong communicator is essential. You will work closely with the Reception Manager, the reception team, and other non-clinical and clinical colleagues, but it is important you have the ability to either work independently or as an integral part of the team, as work is varied. Prior experience working in a GP surgery is required, however, training will be given, and the ability to navigate around various IT programmes is essential.
