Job summary

Are you a well organized, enthusiastic and friendly individual who would like to play a key role in the Reception. Our practice is located in the village of Chelford.

We are looking for an additional receptionistwith a positive attitude, who strives to provide a high standard of service to patients and team members alike, to work with our existing staff.

Main duties of the job

This is a part-time role, approximately 29 hours per week, alongside established team members.

Previous experience of working in a GP Surgery and knowledge of EMIS Web would be advantageous but not essential, as we will provide training for the right candidate, who can demonstrate the following key skills:

Strong IT skills with a focus on attention to detail

Confident Communication skills (both face to face and on the telephone)

An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

An ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload

A team focused approach, but an ability to work unsupervised

Understanding of Confidentiality in a Patient Care setting

Enhance your existing skills and ability to work proactively to achieve both personal and team goals. A willingness to "go the extra mile" is appreciated in this role.
