Job summary
Hetton Group Practice has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated HCA to join our team for 37 hours per week.
The successful candidate will enhance out existing nursing team and work closely with the wider practice team to deliver services to our patient population.

Main duties
of the role include but are not limited to: phlebotomy, ECGs, Immunisations, NHS
Health checks, BP/weight and lifestyle data gathering, chaperoning duties and
management of laboratory samples as well as raising awareness of health and
wellbeing.
About us
The partnership consists of five GP's who are supported by two salaried GP's, one Career Start GP, one ANP, one ACP, two Practice Nurses, two HCA's, who alongside our management and admin team service a practice population of approx 11800 pateints.
Hetton Group Practice is a training practice for GP Registrars and also take medical students from both Sunderland and Newcastle university. The practice provides a supportive environment for continual improvement and training.
