About us
Docklands PCN is a collaboration of 3 GP Practices within
the southwest of Newham, which began working together in 2019. Tollgate Medical Centre is a dynamic, forward
thinking, friendly, training practice looking for a GP to work within our
wonderful team.
Tollgate Medical Centre has an excellent supportive
reputation, including many of our doctors who trained within the practice. We
recognise that looking after each other is key to delivering high quality
clinical care, plus improves our personal and working lives. We are a strong practice,
and are proud of the work we do within our PCN.
Tollgate Medical Centre is proud to have been recognised
by the HSJ awards, as a finalist for Workforce Initiative of the Year 2020, in
pioneering methodologies for taking the pressure off doctors whilst continuing
to provide excellent patient care. This attracted the attention from NHS
England and a visit to the practice from the Prime Minister. We are delighted
to have been accredited the Gold Award for Pride in Practice and supporting
LGBT+ patients, and also a Gold Award for Green Impact for Health.
