Job summary

Chapeltown Family Surgery are looking for an experienced phlebotomist to join our small friendly team. Delivering support and high quality service to patients. This role is based in the practice though there may be times you would be asked to carry out a home visit to housebound patients who require blood tests.

Main duties of the job

This person will provide a full and comprehensive venepuncture service for our patients.

You will work independently following clear protocols and guidelines and will ensure clear and competent record keeping into our System1 clinic software system.

You will have excellent communication skills and treat all patients with dignity and respect.
