Job summary
Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) looking for a new opportunity? If so come and join our Practice within Sutton PCNs. We are looking for an experienced practitioner with MSC in Advanced Practice and an independent non-medical prescriber qualification. You will work autonomously within your professional boundaries by having your own patient list. You will have the pleasure of being able to assess, diagnose and treat patients but most of all offer continuity of care, caring for patients from cradle to grave.
Using your skills, knowledge and competencies as a qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will be responsible and accountable for managing patient caseloads for treatments, referral and admission as appropriate. We are flexible in regards to specific day to day duties, which can be discussed depending upon area of previous clinical practice and expertise. As a training and research practice the role will give opportunity to encompass the four pillars: advanced clinical practice, leadership, facilitation of education and learning, evidence research and development.

Main duties of the job

About us
Wallington Family Practice currently provides general medical services to a population of approximately 20,000 patients. It has 11 GPs, A Team of Pharmacists including Pharmacy Technicians, a Lead Nurse, 5 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA, and an extensive team of admin and reception staff.
We are a large proactive teaching practice located in a purpose-built health centre close to Wallington town centre. We are part of the Wallington Primary Care Network (PCN) working collaboratively with local general practice colleagues for the good of the local population.

Job responsibilities
- To act as an autonomous Practitioner working independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat patients attending the Practice, initiating referrals as appropriate.
