Job summary
Diamond Health Group is currently seeking a skilled and
organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Practice Management team in
their day to day duties. Working 37 hours across either a 4 or 5 day week.
It is our aim to create a place where we provide the best
compassionate care possible for our patients within the constrains of the NHS.
We are a practice with approximately 14,100 patients and we pride ourselves in
the care and support we provide our patients and colleagues.
As a Personal Assistant to the Practice Management team, you
will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our practice.
You will provide support with the effective administration, organisation and
management of the practice, allowing them to focus on strategic tasks and
forward planning.
The PA will work under the direction of the Practice
Manager, striving to enhance a number of key systems in both clinical and
administrative areas. You will play an integral role in the leadership team.
Main duties of the job
Key duties will include but not limited to:
- Administration support
- Communications
- Project coordination and implementation
- Meeting and presentation support
- Record keeping and compliance
- CQC framework compliance support
- Basic IT support for new starters and leavers in the
organisation
