Operations Manager

Job summary

You will be a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations across all 3 sites of our busy GP surgery, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage people and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The practice covers 3 distinct areas of West Leeds with a full spread of the patient demographic.

About us

West Leeds Family Practice is a forward thinking practice set across 3 sites. We value our staff and are committed to investing in them. We offer a range of clinicians, including GPs, ANPs, Nurses, HCAs, and work with the PCN to deliver specialist services.

We are a training practice and host GP registrars, medical students and student nurses. We are looking to increase our training offer by hosting other staff, including Paramedic students, apprentices and Trainee Nurse Associates.
