Main duties of the job
We are recruiting a full-time Salaried GP to join our established clinical team.We do not work in the traditional GP sessions model; the role is structured as four long working days per week, typically 8:00am6:30pm. The role includes:
Managing a flexible and varied clinical workload with clinical admin minimised by workflow support.
Supervision and collaboration with our extended multi-disciplinary team pharmacists, ANPs, ACPs, physios, mental health practitioners, paramedics and HCAs.
Clinical leadership opportunities tailored to your interests.
Optional mentoring, teaching and training responsibilities.
Opportunity to develop a specialist interest (e.g. minor surgery, womens health, diabetes, respiratory, MSK, frailty, mental health or your own).
