Main duties of the job

We are recruiting a full-time Salaried GP up to 8 sessions per week to join our established clinical team. The role includes

Manage a flexible and varied clinical workload with clinical admin minimised by workflow support Supervision and collaboration with our extended multi-disciplinary team pharmacists, ANPs, ACPs, physios, mental health practitioners, paramedics and HCAs Clinical leadership opportunities tailored to your interests Optional mentoring, teaching and training responsibilities Contribution to service development and population health projects Opportunity to develop a specialist interest (e.g. minor surgery, womens health, diabetes, respiratory, MSK, frailty, mental health or your own)

Clinical system: SystmOne PCN involvement: Strongly engaged in Wisbech PCN & Integrated Neighbourhood Teams Team includes: GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs, ACPs, Clinical Pharmacists, FCPs, Mental Health Practitioners, Nurses, Nursing Associates and HCAs Dispensing practice with onsite pharmacy Active teaching hub medical students, FY2s, GP registrars CQC: Good High QOF achievement Innovative access and triage model
