Maternity Cover Salaried GP

Job summary

We are a busy GP Practice of medium size based in Moreton on the Wirral. We have a list size of 13,250 patients.

We have a well established team which we are looking to enhance further.

The successful applicant must be flexible, be able to work under pressure and enjoy working within a team. We are looking for a salaried GP to cover four sessions a week Thursday and Friday. This will be on fixed term basis for four months starting from October 2025 until the end of January 2026.

You will need to be GMC registered with a license to practice and also be on the performers list.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a salaried GP to work four sessions over two days a week. Whether you are newly qualified or looking for a fresh challenge,

Home visits are included in this role.

A competitive salary is offered depending on experience. Experienced clinical team to offer support and learning.

We have an active involvement with our PCN.

We use Emis clinical system.

We are well-established supportive and progressive GP practice consisting of 3 GP partners, 9 salaried GP's, 3 ANP's. All are supported by an excellent highly experienced administration team.

We are a teaching practice and have started to have an active role in research.
