Job summary
- Work closely with our GPs, nurses, HCAs and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across our Upavon and Durrington surgeries.
- Provide a full range of treatment room and long-term condition management clinics, supporting patients to improve their physical health, confidence and wellbeing.
- Take a joint lead role in Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) alongside the Managing Partner, including audits, education, and ensuring compliance with national and CQC standards.
- Provide mentoring, clinical supervision and support to junior nursing staff, HCAs, students and trainees, helping build skills, confidence and a positive learning culture.
- Contribute to proactive care and health promotion, ensuring patients with more complex needs or frequent attendance patterns receive safe, coordinated and timely support.
