Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Harvey Group Practice, youll be the first friendly face patients meet whether in person or over the phone. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting patients, managing appointments, handling incoming calls and messages, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks. Youll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice by maintaining accurate records, processing prescriptions and forms, and providing clear, compassionate communication at all times.

appointments, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure

Ensure
