Job summary

This a role for a qualified HCA who can initially work approximately 1 day per week. Initially this will be a part time role to help with the management of long term conditions and monitoring patients

The successful applicant should be experienced in asthma checks, diabetes management, (phlebotomy preferred but not essential). Experience of the EMIS clinical system preferred and it would be helpful to have worked in a GP practice as we are looking for an applicant who can help with the management of long term conditions
