Job summary

We are an award winning and value driven multi-site GP partnership providing General Practice services at scale across 6 sites in North East London.

We are looking to hire 1 salaried GP at Addison Road Medical Practice (ARMP) to cover 6 sessions for one of our GP who will be soon going on maternity leave. We operate from a purpose-built building in Walthamstow village serving 18, 500 patients with a large team of 2 GP Partners, a GP Clinical Lead, 12 part time GPs and a wide array of Allied Health Professionals. We are a training practice for both GP trainees and medical students and uphold a strong ethos of clinical excellence.

We have a 100% digitised access model delivered via a Digital Hub and we are looking to recruit GPs who are happy triaging. We offer 15-minute appointments to support high quality care and have a centralised administrative, secretarial, coding and pharmacy team to reduce GP workload. 2 on site GP Partners provide mentorship and are able to support future leaders with local portfolio opportunities within the PCN, place, system and national footprint. Main duties of the role

Deliver high-quality medical care to the practice population in line with GMS contract requirements. Manage acute and long-term conditions, prescribe in accordance with local and national guidance, and maintain accurate clinical records. Undertake timely administrative tasks including referrals, prescriptions, and documentation.

Participate in a duty doctor/telephone triage rota, including working until 6:30pm on a rotational basis. Work collaboratively with the wider team, sharing workload and contributing to a positive, supportive environment.

Adhere to clinical guidelines, audit, and best practice standards, while supporting continuous improvement and quality initiatives, including QOF. Attend and contribute to practice meetings and take responsibility for delegated areas as required.
