We are seeking a candidate to join our IT and Administration team

The role:

Administration and Data Input Assistant

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hr

Hours per week : 37.5 hours

The successful applicant will need to work:

Monday 8.00am 4.30pm

Tuesday 8.00am 4.30pm

Wednesday 8.00am 4.30pm

Thursday 8.00am 4.30pm

Friday 8.00am 4.30pm

The successful candidate will mainly be working at our Anston surgery but will need to be able to travel between all three sites on a daily basis.

A current driving licence and use of a car are essential.

Main duties of the job

The main responsibilities of the post holder will be to manage the process of insurance reports and SARs requests, ensuring the security of data and adherence to the Data Security and General Data Protection Regulations GDPR. They will also be responsible for the distribution of Practice post and provide administrative support to the wider IT and administrative team.

To process all request for insurance reports / travel insurance/ foster medical forms /PIP claims and ROADS request for patient summaries.

To prepare copies of patients records and redact relevant information via the IGPR system for solicitors requests and Subject Access Requests.

To invoice and track payment for the provision of medical reports etc.

To manage the collection and delivery of post and prescriptions from all sites on a daily basis. To distribute the post amongst the relevant clinicians.

To assist in the monitoring and collation of information for quarter end reports.

To set up scheduled tasks for monitoring purposes

To provide administrative support to the wider IT and administrative team
