Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Pharmacy Manager to lead services across the Wyre Forest Health Partnership (WFHP) PCN and multi-site GP Partnership, based at Kidderminster Medical Centre, with collaborative working across our other four surgeries and medical centres at Stourport, Bewdley, Church Street and Hagley. This is a part time role at 30 hours per week.
You'll lead the vision, culture, and performance of the pharmacy team, delivering outstanding patient care while developing a high-performing, flexible team. The role combines operational leadership, clinical oversight, and commercial accountability, including responsibility for the delivery and performance of the QPMS contract, ensuring all contractual and quality requirements are met to a high standard.
Working closely with clinicians, site teams, and central support functions, you'll ensure consistent pharmacy standards, strong cross-site relationships, and effective service delivery. Equality, dignity, and respect for patients, carers, and colleagues are central to everything you do.

Main duties of the job
- Lead the vision, culture, and day-to-day management of the pharmacy, ensuring outstanding patient care and experience.
- Manage and develop a high-performing clinical and non-clinical team through effective leadership, supervision, and workforce planning.
- Oversee operational delivery across the base site at Kidderminster Medical Centre and work collaboratively across the five sites of the GP Partnership to ensure consistent standards.
- Ensure delivery, compliance, and performance of pharmacy contracts, including QPMS, meeting all quality, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Take accountability for financial performance, budgets, staffing costs, and procurement to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with clinicians, partners, and stakeholders to deliver safe, effective services and contribute to wider organisational objectives.
