Church Street Surgery is looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team for 37 hours per week (with part-time hours considered).

Main duties of the job

  • Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome.
  • Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient registrations.
  • Handling phone calls and directing enquiries to the right team members.
  • Supporting clinicians by handling medical reports and administration.
  • Maintaining a well-organized reception area.
  • Opening and closing the premises securely.
