Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our amazing team. Currently we have a team of 8 nurses, each having specialist areas. We will be relatively flexible in our essential/desirable skill set, but will be prioritising respiratory skills in our desirable skillset above others.
Together, we are a fabulous team. We have an informal, friendly and supportive culture and try to look after each other. We like to have a laugh over lunch. We're forward thinking, we love new ideas and are always open to new ways of working.
Main duties of the job
You'll be seeing a wide range of patients, depending on the skills and competencies you bring to the role. Your caseload could be dressings, cervical cytology, asthma reviews, COPD reviews, spirometry, diabetic reviews. Working autonomously, but within a supportive team. It will be as varied as we can make it.
About us
We have approximately 12,200 patients with a wide demographic mix from the areas of high deprivation in the centre of Weston to the outlying areas of Uphill, Bleadon and Hutton.
We are open to team members' ongoing development and progression. The atmosphere is fun and inclusive without a top down approach.
