Job summary
Foundry Lane Surgery is looking for a part time receptionist. We are a small, friendly GP Practice based in Seacroft, East Leeds and are looking for a positive, motivated individual to join our reception team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a GP practice and knowledge of SystemOne, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Main duties of the job

Answering telephone
Booking appointments
Processing prescription requests
Responding to patient enquiries face to face / by phone
Administration tasks
Scanning / filing
Opening and distributing internal / external mail
Requirement to take part in target day training activities and staff meetings as and when required
