HR Advisor Commercial, Multi-Site Role Derby
& Northampton
We're looking for a commercially
focused HR Advisor to join a partner-led organisation operating across multiple
sites in Derby and Northampton.
This is a hands-on generalist
role for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy, and who takes a pragmatic,
advisory approach to HR. You'll work closely with managers and senior leaders,
providing clear, practical advice on employee relations, recruitment and people
management across a workforce of around 200 staff.
Reporting to the Head of HR,
you'll be trusted to manage HR cases end-to-end, support organisational change,
and help managers make confident, well-judged people decisions. This role will suit
someone with experience in a multi-site or consultancy environment who is
comfortable balancing commercial priorities with sound employment practices.
CIPD Level 3 is essential, Level
5 is desirable. There is regular travel across sites.
If you want an HR role where you
can make an impact, build strong relationships, and avoid the constraints of a
heavily bureaucratic environment, we would love to hear from you.
