Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide
general medical services and deal with a wide range of health needs in a
primary care setting, ensuring a high standard of care is provided for all
registered and temporary patients
About us
Supportive clinical team currently 4 partners, 6 salaried GPs, 3 practice nurses, 1 nurse associate, 2 Healthcare Assistants
Excellent management and administration back up.
The practice embraces a wide range of services including LARC and
anticoagulation
Purpose built premises both main site and branch surgery, spacious
consultation rooms, ample safe parking

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in line with NHS and practice policies

Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone/video consultations, and home visits where appropriate
-
Manage acute and chronic conditions, including long-term condition reviews
-
Prescribe safely and effectively in accordance with local and national guidelines
-
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records
-
Contribute to QOF, enhanced services, and practice development
-
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals

Participate in clinical meetings and practice governance activities
