Job summary
Yeadon Primary Care Network (PCN) seek a reliable,
hardworking and motivated Admin Assistant for 15-20 hours per week.
Working days are to be agreed with the successful candidate, however Wednesdays are essential
due to PCN Executive meetings taking place on this day.
The role will require working across the 3 PCN Practices; Menston
and Guiseley Practice, Aire Valley Surgery, Guiseley and Yeadon Medical
Practice.
Main duties of the job
To provide day to day admin assistance to the PCN, support the delivery of vaccination campaigns and assist with the to support the coordination, planning and implementation of projects undertaken
by the PCN.

provision of care for our patients.

- To provide high quality and efficient admin service to the PCN and
Practices.
- Managing meeting agendas, invites and minute taking.
- Following up on all action points from meetings.
- Running reports, compiling data and updating target tracking
spreadsheets.
- Assisting with delivery of vaccination campaigns including contacting
patients, arranging home visits, checking and disseminating stock and placing orders.
- To assist in coordination and delivery of projects and targeted work.
- Monitoring
staff absence for LCH completing and sending forms, updating staff
spreadsheet.
- Managing and
sending timesheets to LCH for ARRS.
- Dealing with
queries from ARRS staff.
- Disseminate any relevant information across the PCN team.
- Overseeing PCN
IT/laptops.
- Liaising with internal and external organisations.
- Organising
PCN events e.g. Educational/Locality/Network wide events.
Personal/Professional
Development:
- The
post-holder will participate in any relevant training programmes.
- To participate
in an annual performance review and professional development.
