Ideally the candidate will have experience of working in a GP Surgery and
should have a strong emphasis on good teamwork in addition to sound decision
making and excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage own
workload.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly experienced Practice Nurse to join our team to run a variety of clinics covering QOF, Salford Standards, Chronic Diseases, Long Term condition management, health promotion, Travel and child Immunisations & Cervical Cytology
Experience of using EMIS Web, AccuRx, Docman 10, Ardens, Teams, Open Exeter would be advantageous.
