About us
We are a small but growing practice with a strong ethos of teamwork and fostering a supportive, family-like environment. Whilst our practice may be smaller than those in other areas, we pride ourselves on being busy, dynamic, and deeply committed to our patients and each other. While some areas of the town experience deprivation, Aldershot is a vibrant and evolving community with a rich mix of backgrounds, cultures, and healthcare needs. This makes our work both challenging and deeply rewarding, as we aim to provide high-quality, compassionate care to all. Despite our size, we are a busy and dynamic surgery that has seen significant growth in recent years, with our patient list doubling as our reputation within the community has grown.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Lead Practice Nurse who is not only clinically experienced but also proactive, organised, and able to take initiative. Working in a smaller team means your role will be highly valued and varied you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, help shape the future of our nursing team, and contribute meaningfully to patient care and service development.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting but is equally confident working autonomously, managing priorities, and supporting others in a leadership capacity.
