Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Administrator, you will support the smooth running of patient services by managing key administrative tasks. This includes coordinating patient reports, managing child health recalls, triaging administrative queries, and scheduling clinical appointments.
You'll work as part of a team with clear responsibilities, while also supporting colleagues during sickness, leave, or high demand. Flexibility, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with clinical staff, external providers, and patients to ensure timely and efficient service.
Training and support will be provided to help you develop confidence in all aspects of the role.

Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing clinical correspondence, including reports, referrals, and results.
- Handling child health recalls and liaising with patients and external services.
