Practice Administration Supervisor

Job summary

Three Chequers Medical Practice is looking for an experienced Practice Administration Supervisor who has excellent communication and organisational skills to play a key role in the support of our administrative teams.

Location: Salisbury

The post-holder will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the administrative teams at the Practice. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment who is a starter/ finisher and has a strong work ethic to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in order to develop key relationships with both Clinical staff and Management. The Practice Administration Supervisor should be an exceptionally organised individual capable of managing their own workload as well capable of encouraging and supporting staff members to achieve their own workload.

We are looking for an individual who has experience supervising a team of people. Whilst Primary Care experience is preferred it is not essential.
