Job summary
We are
looking for a motivated and committed leader to join our team at Haxby Group as
Deputy General Manager. You will assist
and support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the organisation,
providing leadership and management to enable Haxby Group to meet its agreed
aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe, and effective
working environment.
You will share our passion and dedication to "Putting our Patients and our People first" improving the health of the communities and patients we serve, as well as ensuring that Haxby Group is a great place for our employees to work.
Main duties of the job
You will
work closely with the General Manager, Partners, and wider management team to
assist with the operational management of the organisation. A key part of your
role will be to lead on communications and engagement for the organisation,
thus requiring you to develop key working relationships with the staff and other
internal and external stakeholders.
As a member
of the management team you will contribute to the organisations strategic and
service development agenda identifying priorities and recommend appropriate leadership
and management solutions that support the aims of the organisation.
