Receptionist / Care Navigator

Job summary

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Care Navigator for 30+ hours per week on a fixed term two year contract.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of the practice and patients, and will play an integral part in helping to deliver the KPIs for the practice.

No two days are the same in our practice, and our Reception team are the first point of contact for every patient and visitor to the surgery.

The hours for this role are very specific in order to cover the surgery for the hours we are open:

30 hours minimum (core hours to be covered)

Monday to Friday*1:00pm - 6:30pm

You must be able to work these hours, we will have a small degree of flexibility if you wish to increase contracted hours, however the core hours above cannot be changed.

*On the second Thursday of each month, your working hours will change to 11:00am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. This is to accommodate for monthly staff training and education.
