Job responsibilities

Applicants should be experienced practitioners who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of c are. They will demonstrate critical thinking in the decision making process.

They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, providing leadership as required.

Qualifications

Essential

• - Registered Nurse or AHP
• - MSC in Advanced Clinical Practice
• - Non Medical Prescriber

Desirable

• Mentorship Training

Experience

Essential

• Advance clinical practice skills
• Ability to provide quality care
• Clinical examination skills
• Accountability of own role
• Awareness of local and national health policies
• Awareness of clinical governance in primary care
• Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Acute Care

Desirable

• Experience of working in Primary Care
