Job summary
We are currently recruiting for a someone to join Our Administration team as a Workflow Administrator.
You will be working across 2 practices and joining a team of 7 Administrators
The hours required are 37.5 per week
Main duties of the job
Amend typing received from outsource and merge to a suitable template
To process and work flow incoming pathology and other clinical results to relevant clinicians in line with relevant protocol
To record codes in patient medical records.
Arrange suitable and appropriate tests as part of chronic disease management
Template, summarise and code clinical correspondence
Template, summarise and code Lloyd George Records.
To cover other Administrators/ Administrative functions in light of absences and as required by the line Manager
Cover reception as and when deemed necessary by a member of the management team
Undertake any other administrative/ office duties at the request of the line manager, which are commensurate with the role

- To administer data pertaining to the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) as agreed with Line Manager
- To record codes in patient medical records.
- Arrange suitable and appropriate tests as part of chronic disease management
- Template, summarise and code clinical correspondence
- Template, summarise and code Lloyd George Records
- To set reminders/alerts for identified indicators for patients.
- To keep accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records ensuring data is easily retrievable
- Prepare any presentations and graphics
- To cover other Administrators/ Administrative functions in light of absences and as required by the line Manager
- To attend relevant meetings
- Cover reception as and when deemed necessary by a member of the management team
- To collate / photocopy/ print documents when needed
- To follow protocols for safe, professional practice in keeping with the practice strategy
- To be aware of the practice philosophy and treat patients and visitors with respect and tolerance
- Undertake any other administrative/ office duties at the request of the line manager, which are commensurate with the role
