Job summary
Parklands Surgery are looking to recruit a Subject Access Request Administrator to join our friendly practice in East Northants, working 3 days
per week.
Main duties of the job
Processing all requests and enquiries made under Subject Access (SAR) in line with practice processes and UK Data Protection legislation.
Give detailed consideration to complex requests and apply appropriate redactions / exemptions as
outlined in the Data Protection Act using toolkit
Manage a varied and complex workload, prioritising tasks across multiple SAR requests and taking
decisions on redactions.

patient referrals, district nurse referrals, cervical smear administration)
Ad hoc administrative tasks associated with the role.

We are a busy practice with over 13,000 patients. Our team of 7 GPs, 3
Nurse Practitioners and 6 Treatment Room Nurses is supported by our well
established team of administrators.
