To be working as part of the practices multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population.

Main duties of the job

• Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Clinical consultation face to face / video / telephone as required
• Clinical post, prescribing, test results
• Duty doctor
• Undertaking of specific lead roles to support practice and indivudal growth
• Deliver high-quality general practice care to our registered patient population
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
• Participate in clinical governance and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Support the smooth running of the practice, including handovers and continuity of care
• Provide general medical services to registered patients.
• Prescribe medication according to local and national guidelines.
