An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Ageing Well team within Chesterfield & Dronfield Primary Care Network as an experienced Receptionist/Call Handler.
We are keen to receive applications from candidates who have relevant experience and skills from other sectors as well as health care.
Please note working days are Monday-Friday and the services are open 8.00-6.00pm so the successful applicant must be able to work between these hours. The post is for 25 hours per week, specific hours will be discussed at interview.
Interviews will take place face to face at a date to be confirmed, at Dunston Innovation Centre, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 8NG

Main duties of the job
This role is a varying multi-faceted non-clinical role within the Ageing Well Team. This role will be responsible for the co-ordination of the visits to housebound patients in both care homes and their own homes. The role requires a high level of diplomacy and communication skills and ability to work accurately and under pressure.
The role will directly support both the clinical and non-clinical members of the Ageing Well Team in the organisation of patients care.

Our members consist of 10 GP practices which cover a population of over 110,000 patients. At Arc we are committed to ensuring the sustainability of General Practice (and the time honoured valued of list-based general practice model) and realising the benefits of working together.
We deliver enhanced services within the PCN designed to support and enhance the services offered by our member GP Practices within Chesterfield. We do this by employing staff to work through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme and finding innovative and sustainable solutions to the changing needs of the Practices; we bid for contracts to help tackle health inequalities and drive up standards of care within the Chesterfield and Dronfield locality.
