Job summary

You will work as part of the Senior Management Team to ensure quality and improvement across the whole practice, enhance organisational resilience and oversee managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Main duties of the job

Particular emphasis will be required regarding CQC inspections and regulations, Health & Safety, project management and quality improvement.

Job responsibilities

The role will require leadership and management attributes to ensure that Ringmead Medical Group meets the desired aims and standards to provide high quality patient services and clinical care. It will especially suit a candidate with an adaptable can-do attitude, ability to multitask, team-player mindset, a keen eye for detail, work well under pressure and has a great sense of humour.

The Operations Manager will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills especially when dealing with staff, external contractors and most importantly patients.

Organisational skills will be essential as project managing, identifying areas for change and adopting new systems will be necessary.
