Main duties of the job
Some of your main duties will include:
- To monitor the digital platform.
- To provide clear and concise information to the Triage Team of the capacity in the platform.
- Book patients the appropriate outcome from their digital submission, ensuring they have the right care, at the right time.
- Provide clear communication to patient via the digital platform.
- Handle patients with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, and other staff to ensure smooth patient care pathways.
- Be a digital champion for patients and staff.
- Support patients with completing digital submissions, over the telephone or at front desk.
- Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary
