Job summary
To undertake a variety of Administrative
duties to oversee the smooth running of the practice pertaining to QOF,
contracts, searches and enhanced services. To help provide administration
support to the management team, working closely alongside the management
support team.
Main duties of the job
- Monitor performance of the practice against QOF compliance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Monitor compliance with Enhanced Services with responsibility for compiling claims as needed
- To be involved in creating and running ad-hoc searches that arent compiled by external means
- Ensuring audits are completed within agreed time frames and provide administrative support where necessary
- Develop, coordinate and implement patient recall systems

Job Summary:

- Collating and submitting patient feedback data
- Develop, coordinate and implement patient recall systems
- To oversee the read coding of all patient invitations QOF related to ensure they are coded appropriately, correctly and within the correct timeframe
- To identify data quality gaps and create, develop and implement a recall system to capture these patients for example pre-diabetics/history of gestational diabetes
- Manage Health campaigns such as Smoking Cessation and Flu vaccines
- Have a knowledge of other Management Support roles to be able to provide cover when necessary
- Ensure patient questionnaires are save to records and actioned accordingly
- Liaise with patients regarding annual reviews and appointment booking
- Liaise with GPs regarding their specific QOF criteria and provide support to them accordingly
Other Tasks
- Allocation of Pathology results as per protocol
- Monitor and respond to/distribute incoming emails to generic account
- Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Management team, dependant on current and evolving practice workload and staffing levels.
