• 6 sessions a week
• 100 percent Parity drawings

Main duties of the job

Here is what you can expect working at the Hereward Practice, Bourne:

• Team of 4 nurses and 5 HCAs supporting and delivering treatment room and chronic disease services
• Semi rural dispensing practice in an expanding town with low-cost housing
• Long established teaching & training practice, providing opportunities for career development
• Consistently high QOF achiever
• Multi-disciplinary PCN team including Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescribing Link Worker, Care Home Care Co-ordinator, MSK First Contact Practitioner and Pharmacist team supporting with medication reviews and clinical correspondence
