Background
Lakeside Healthcare (LH) is breaking the mould of primary care provision in the NHS. We represent a new model of NHS general practice, which builds upon and celebrates all that is great about traditional primary care, and couples that with innovative ways of managing quality and designing and delivering new clinical services. We have won several national accolades as a Partnership, including being the only single organisation awarded MCP Vanguard status by NHS England.
We are one Partnership, managing multiple local surgeries across the East Midlands / East of England and we are run by doctors, nurses and associated staff, who know their patients and care deeply about the quality of health provided in their communities.
We have a track record of investing in people, facilities and equipment to provide services that are more accessible, more convenient and more diverse within the local community. We work for our patients.
We are a traditional Partnership, only much larger.
Purpose of Role
Working alongside a team of dedicated and expert clinicians at site, you will be part of a wider team of LH partners, who are complimented by a superb multidisciplinary team. Lakeside Healthcare has a professional central management team which deals with all non-clinical matters, including regulatory and contractual matters, freeing up clinicians to do what they do best - see and treat patients.
Ethos
Key to the role is the need to work closely with stakeholders across the business and be a trusted and credible partner to managers and the executive team, providing them with the necessary and consistent support and guidance to engage and develop their people and providing pragmatic solutions to complex issues. LH is a team and a family where we all look after one another.
