We're looking for a motivated Health Care Assistant to join our nursing team. Duties include home visits, stock
management, and routine patient care.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits for patients unable to attend the surgery for their annual review - maximum 3 patients weekly.
- Manage and maintain clinical stock and equipment.
- Take patient observations: blood pressure, pulse & pulse oximetry, temperature & weight.
- Perform phlebotomy.
- Record ECGs.
- Administer vaccinations & injections under a PSD.
- Conduct diabetic foot checks.
- Wound care.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and admin staff.
- Follow infection control and confidentiality procedures.
