We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and well established practice team based in Hounslow.
Main duties of the job
> 6 sessions per week with flexibility for the right candidate.
> 15 minute routine appointments.
> Minimal home visits, shared across the team.
> Majority of letters managed by our administrative team.
> Prescriptions outsourced, reducing GP administrative work load.
> Informal, supportive team culture.
> Active PCN member working with ARRS colleagues including clinical pharmacists.
> Support for portfolio careers and development of special interests.

> There are 3 GP Partners and 1 salaried GP.
> List size - 6,300 patients with a diverse community.
> Excellent nursing and administrative support.
> GP Training Practice for over 20 years with 2 GP registrars.
> CQC rating good.
> Using SystmOne.
> Clinical interests within the team, Diabetes (GPwSI), Cardiology and Womens and Reproductive Health.

Qualifications
Essential
- > Fully qualified medical practitioner with MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent.
- > Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- > MRCGP or equivalent experience in general practice.
- > Demonstrable experience working in general practice (ideally 1 year)
- >Experience in managing a wide range of clinical presentations across all ages.
- > Able to provide high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care.
- > Competent in chronic disease management, acute care, and preventative medicine.
- > Familiarity with NHS IT systems (ideally SystmOne)
- > Commitment to NHS core values and patient-centred care.
- > Knowledge of confidentiality, safeguarding, and GMC guidance.
- >Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- >Excellent verbal and written communication.
- >Ability to build rapport with patients, carers, and colleagues.
- >Able to work the agreed sessional hours.
- >Willingness to participate in practice meetings, audits, and CPD.

- > Experience in primary care leadership, teaching, or mentorship.
- > Additional qualifications, eg, diploma in child health, family planning, or minor surgery.
- > Interest in quality improvement or service development.
