Job summary
Are you ready
to take that next step in your career and move into your first leadership role?
At School
Lane Surgery, we are looking for someone who is ready to grow, ready to lead,
and ready to make a real difference. This is more than an administrative role.
It is an opportunity to develop your leadership, support a team and play a key
part in delivering outstanding care to our patients.
If you are
someone who enjoys bringing people together, creating structure, helping others
succeed, and being a team player then this could be the perfect next step for
you.
As our
Administrator Lead, you will be at the heart of our surgery guiding and
supporting a dedicated administration team. This role is designed for someone
stepping into leadership, giving you the opportunity to build confidence in
supervising others while still staying connected to the day to day work.
You will not
be alone. You will work closely with an experienced management team who will
support your development, helping you grow into a confident and capable leader.
You might
already have some experience supporting or guiding others, or you may be ready
to take that step for the first time. What matters most is your attitude more
than anything else.
If you are
looking for your first leadership opportunity in a supportive, forward thinking
environment, we would love to hear from you!
Main duties of the job
In this role, your contribution will go beyond tasks and processes. You will help shape the culture of the team, support colleagues through challenges, and ensure patients receive a consistently high standard of service.
This is your chance to move from doing the work to leading how the work gets done.
In the Administrator Lead role you will:
- Provide day to day guidance and support to the administration team
- Help organise workloads so the team can perform at their best
- Be a go-to person for questions, problem solving, and support
- Play a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
- Step up as a visible, approachable presence within the team
This is your opportunity to begin shaping how a team works, communicates, and succeeds together.
