We work closely together day-to-day, and we aim to create a positive place to work where people feel valued and listened to.
Were actively involved in health promotion, long-term condition management and preventive care. As part of our Primary Care Network (PCN), we also work closely with neighbouring practices to share resources and improve outcomes for patients.
