The Brooke Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Paramedic to join our innovative and expanding primary care team. This is a Primary Care Network (PCN) employed role,based at The Brooke Surgery. It is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomous practice, variety in their day, and ongoing professional development.

Main duties of the job
You will work as an integral member of the day-to-day GP clinical team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care across the practice and in the community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing same-day and routine GP clinics
- Undertaking home visits for acute and chronic presentations
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of conditions within your scope of practice
- Working autonomously while collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT
- Contributing to safe, effective care delivery using EMIS and digital systems

- Experience with EMIS or similar clinical systems
