Main duties of the job

You will work as an integral member of the day-to-day GP clinical team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care across the practice and in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing same-day and routine GP clinics
  • Undertaking home visits for acute and chronic presentations
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of conditions within your scope of practice
  • Working autonomously while collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT
  • Contributing to safe, effective care delivery using EMIS and digital systems

  • Experience with EMIS or similar clinical systems
