There has never been a more
exciting time to work in primary care, and AiC Primary Care Network
(PCN) is expanding its Clinical Team.
We are seeking to recruit a positive, caring and
self-motivated individual to take on the role and work across our three
Practices.
Following the announcement of the new ARRS GP role available
to PCNs, The AiCPCN are looking for an enthusiastic,
newly qualified GP to join our team on a fixed term basis of 12 months. The
role will be part of the PCN ARRS and may have the potential to be extended
beyond 12 months; however, this is subject to NHS funding and guidance.

Manage patient care within the Practices, including
investigating and reviewing results, developing care plans, and making the
necessary referrals.
Issue and sign repeat prescriptions, adhering to national
and local guidelines.
Administer and manage patient queries, test results,
referral letters, and any other duties as required in a timely manner.
Make clear consultation notes and records using Systm1.
Ensure safe, evidence based, and cost effective care in
line with Practice disease management protocols and NICE guidelines.
Independently prescribe medications within your scope of
practice.
Review and manage patient medications following the
appropriate policies and local clinical guidelines.
Work with our clinical and support teams in delivering
holistic and patient centred care.
Actively participate in MDT and care conference meetings
as required.
Participate in on call duties if required.

Provide clinical support and guidance to both clinical and
administrative staff to maintain the highest care standards.
Collaborate with health and social care providers to
deliver an integrated, safe service.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Adhere to all practice policies and procedures, including
those related to prescribing, confidentiality, and data protection.
Apply infection control measures and manage risks in
compliance with local and national guidelines.
Contribute to clinical governance through audits, peer reviews,
and significant event analysis.
Patient Safety and Confidentiality:
Ensure patient and carer confidentiality, in line with
practice policies.
Manage patient data securely, only disclosing it to
authorised persons.
